India Covid Assistance Appeal

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

It’s Tuesday 27th April 2021.

Today I wanted to update you on our ‘India Covid Assistance Appeal‘.

Six days ago, we launched a very special appeal to raise £50,000, to help the Shifā’ Hospital in Aḥmedābād Gujarāt cope with the influx of patients with Covid-19. With the Mercy of The Almighty, and the generosity of our brothers and sisters here in the UK and abroad, our appeal has raised in the region of £20,000 so far.

Having reached the halfway mark of this appeal, we still need to raise another £30,000 to reach our £50,000 target. We need 300 brothers and sisters to donate just £100 each, and we will easily hit our target, اِنْ شَاءَ الَّلهُ.

One easy way to reach your personal target of £100 is to request a donation of just £20 each from 5 family members, enabling them to share in the rewards. So come on brothers and sisters, let’s become even more generous as we progress towards the end of this second ‘Asharah. No one must get left behind in this very noble cause, اِنْ شَاءَ الَّلهُ.

You may make your donation via DonorBox https://donorbox.org/covid-relief-india, or Bank transfer (Acc Name: Muslim Welfare Institute, S/C: 01-00-85, Acc No: 24170550).

Almighty Allāh accept our feeble efforts and bless us with the opportunity to support our brothers and sisters in need, Āmeen.
