It’s Thursday 23rd July 2020. Let’s talk about the ‘Rights of Employees‘ today.
My post dated 5th April will have created mixed feelings amongst the readers. Naturally, employees will have become very happy, as the message was in their favour. On the other hand, some, if not all, employers would have found it too one-sided.
This was balanced out with a later message addressing the employees, which I will touch upon tomorrow اِنْ شَاءَ الَّلهُ. I sincerely do hope my message above had an impact on the employers.
Look after your employees as much as possible. They are one of the main reasons why you are where you are today. Value them. Make sure you give them the opportunity to pray their Ṣalāh whilst they at work. During Ramaḍān and the days they are fasting, show extra care and compassion to them please.
Almighty Allāh grant us the ability to fulfil the rights of our employees, Āmeen.
