Ramaḍān and The Holy Qur’ān

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

It’s Saturday 6th April / 26 Ramaḍān 1445H

Ramaḍān and The Holy Qur’ān

As we come to the end of another blessed month of Ramaḍān, let’s assess how much of the Holy Qur’ān we have recited? Without a shadow of doubt, all of us will have done plenty of good deeds to please our Creator.

However, one of the most virtuous and rewarding actions in this Holy month is the recitation of The Holy Qur’ān. With just 3 or 4 days to go, we still have enough time to catch up on our Tilāwah (recitation).

Bear in mind that that The Holy Qur’ān is a direct message from Almighty Allāh through our Beloved Prophet, صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ‎, to us. Even if we do not understand what we are reading, we will still be rewarded enormously.

Finally, let the recitation continue daily after Ramaḍān and also try your utmost best to attend Qur’ān Tafsīr Programmes after Ramaḍān, so that you can understand what The Creator is telling you.

May The Almighty give us all the strength and courage to make the most of these last few moments and bless us all with forgiveness in the Hereafter, Āmeen.
