السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
It’s Wednesday 30th March 2022 / 27 Sha’bān 1443H.
‘Have you donated your £30?’.
With Ramaḍān just round the corner, our mothers and sisters will have stocked up their freezers ready for the big fry up at Ifṭār for the next 30 days. We have been gifted so much that we have such variety and choice on our dastarkhwān at Ifṭār and Suḥūr time.
May The Almighty always keep us showered with His enormous bounties and favours, Āmeen. At this happy time, let’s pause for a moment and ponder upon the plight and condition of millions of Muslim families around the world, who will be facing hardships to put basic food on their dastarkhwān this Ramaḍān.
Is there anything that we can do for them? Can we become a means of putting a smile on their face at the time of Suḥūr and Ifṭār? More importantly, is there any way of being included in their Du’ās at the time of Ifṭār when all Du’ās are accepted?
Yes, of course. Let me explain. We at the MWI are in the process of distributing Ifṭār Packs to some of the most neediest families in Bangladesh, India, and West Bengal. For just £30, you can provide a family with enough food items to help them get through the month of Ramaḍān.
Our deadline for Ifṭār Pack donations is this coming Friday 1st April. If you have not donated your £30 yet, then this is your opportunity. Donation methods are mentioned below.
May The Almighty make this coming Ramaḍān a means of happiness and joy for all the Muslims all over the globe, Āmeen.
