Flash Floods Destroy Many Villages in Bangladesh

As we were all celebrating ‘Eid ul-Aḍḥā, once again, the Muslims of Bangladesh were being tested by Almighty Allāh. Flash floods hit many parts of the country, due to which many thousands of people were affected.

As it was the Qurbāni period, the MWI made the necessary arrangements for a large number of animals to be sacrificed and the meat distributed to the affected families. This supplemented the initial emergency aid of £10,000 to provide basic essentials.

We here in the UK are so blessed that we have never witnessed any major disasters or calamities. May Almighty Allāh keep it that way, Āmeen. A humble request to all readers is to try and donate as much as they can for phase 2 of this operation, which is rehabilitation.

Zakāt, Sadaqah and Lillāh are all welcome. You can donate via the website or using account details mentioned in the short video clip below.

May The Almighty ease the circumstances for the Muslims throughout the world and protect each and every one of us from every direction, Āmeen.

Please share with all your contacts.
