No Such Thing As Chand Raat Events

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

It’s Friday 28th March / 28 Ramadhan 1446H
No Such Thing As Chand Raat Events

Our Muslim brothers and sisters have now stooped so low that they have started using Islāmic terms such as ‘Chand Raat’ to organise functions. How shameful.

The most virtuous nights of the year are upon us and these people are inviting people to such events. Tonight is the 29th night of Ramadhān. It could be Laylatul Qadr. Please don’t waste such a precious night in so-called Chand Raat events.

Tomorrow could be either Eid night or the last night of Ramadhān. Again a very precious night. Do not waste a second at such events in the name of ‘Chand Raat’.

In Islāmic terminology, the 29th night of every month is ‘Chand Raat’. In other words, the night to sight the moon. Not to arrange or attend functions which have nothing to do with ‘Chand Raat’.

May Almighty Allah give us all the correct guidance to spend precious Islamic nights in the right way.

Please spread this message to all your contacts and make sure you go nowhere near such events on such valuable nights.
