Let’s talk about Disability and Special Needs today.
When I ponder upon life, I think that our two most precious assets are Īmān and Good Health. Once a person has these 2 priceless gifts, everything else is a bonus.
Īmān ensures that, one day, we will definitely enter Jannah. Good Health allows us to enjoy life freely, without many restrictions or limits. As per our belief in destiny (Taqdīr), each and every thing in this world has been created by The Almighty.
He knows the wisdom behind everything. Just as He grants good health, He also, out of His Knowledge and Wisdom, gives sickness and illnesses. He is the One who gives disabilities and He is the one Who ultimately takes away our soul.
Talking about disability, there are many kinds of illnesses because of which one becomes disabled. Some are physical, which can be seen and recognised. Others are mentally related, which cannot be seen and many times unidentified.
Our beautiful religion teaches us that there must not be any discrimination at all and that we must give each human being, in fact each living creature, the rights they deserve.
My message today is specifically to bring to your attention a most wonderful and noble project, which was initiated in Blackburn and is now progressing leaps and bounds, .مَا شَآءَ الله
A Madrasah was set up specifically for Special Educational Needs (SEN) children by the name of Tooyurul Jannah (Birds of Paradise). The name itself tells us the final abode these SEN children. Today, this Madrasah needs your Du’ās and help.
They have identified a purpose built nursery which will help them to enhance their work, and make them progress further in their endeavours, اِنْ شَاءَ الَّلهُ. The cost of the building is only £350,000, out if which over £265,000 has already been raised through collections and qarz-e-hasanah, .مَا شَآءَ الله Less than £85K left.
The deadline for completion is very close; therefore, my very humble request to you is to open your heart once again and make a very generous Lillāh donation to this magnificent cause.
You will become a means of providing happiness and joy to children who have Special Educational Needs – those who have been guaranteed Jannah. Details of the project and bank account are provided in the images below.
