Let’s Stand Up For Our Muslim Sister This Tuesday 15th July at 9am
This is one of my most important messages.
One of our sisters from Blackburn was arrested by the police for protesting outside BAE in October 2024. This coming Tuesday 15th July, our sister has been summoned to appear at Blackburn Magistrates Court on Northgate (next to King Georges’ Hall opposite the library). The time is 9am.
Our sister is completely innocent. She came out with many others to raise her voice and concerns over the genocide in Gaza. The police took the opportunity and arrested her. We will not let this sister of ours suffer in silence.
A humble appeal – I call upon all brothers and sisters of Blackburn and beyond to come and support this sister of ours this coming Tuesday morning. Come out in your thousands with your flags, t shirts, scarves and all your Palestinian gear.
Remember, our sister stood up for Gaza. She stood up for Palestine. She stood up for al-Masjid al-Aqsa.
It’s now time for all to stand up for her.
Please spread this message far and wide. Take time off work if you need to. Make sure you are there on Tuesday.
Almighty Allāh grant complete success and victory to our sister and her legal team and protect her and her family at all times, Āmeen.
