Adoption & Fostering
Our organisation, the Muslim Welfare Institute (MWI), has been promoting adoption and fostering since its inception in 1992. There are many children out there who cannot be looked after by their parents due to unfortunate circumstances.
The Local Authority has the right to place these children either for adoption or fostering. There is a great demand for adopters and especially foster carers.
With this in mind, we at the MWI, have organised a special event to explain what is fostering and adoption and to encourage Muslim couples to come forward for this very worthwhile cause.
